Hip hop artist Sole (Tim Holland) has been veg since age 11 and rapping since 13, but he has never been interviewed about animal rights topics… until today! Animal Voices is delighted to welcome Sole to talk about his music and his transition into on-the-ground activism, spurred by the Occupy movement. This wide-ranging conversation also touches on growing your own food, the intersection between veganism, race, and rap, and the influence of Charlotte’s Web on a very young Tim.
