(Photo by NNECAPA) Rachel Meeropol is lead counsel of a court challenge to the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act (AETA). The lawsuit claims that the AETA is so vague that it potentially applies to anyone who speaks out against cruel practices, documents abuse, or attends a protest.
